Athletes In Motion (AIM) is the leading baseball strength and conditioning facility in the Northwest, training more professional baseball players than anyone else in the area. AIM is an invaluable resource for players who want to stay healthy and reach their maximum potential as baseball players.
To expand our reach, we have developed comprehensive off-season strength and conditioning programs for pitchers and position players. This guide includes everything you need to know to prepare yourself this off-season to stay on the field and perform at a higher level next year. The services we offer at the AIM facility are personalized and include hands-on, small group instruction for serious high school, college, and professional baseball players. Note: Included in the programming are movement patterns utilizing dumbbells, furniture sliders, plyo boxes, medicine balls, weight benches, TRX suspension trainers, and a pull-up bar.
